DispuPoint is a document preparation and case assessment service operated by GCW Digital LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. References to "DispuPoint," "we," "us," or "our" in this policy refer to GCW Digital LLC operating as DispuPoint.

What information we collect
Information you provide directly
- Name, email address, and property address submitted through the intake form
- Description of your dispute and desired outcome
- Documents, emails, letters, and other files you upload to your case
- Payment information processed through Stripe (we do not store card numbers — Stripe handles all payment data)
- Communications you send to hello@dispupoint.com or documents@dispupoint.com
Information collected automatically
- Basic server logs including IP address, browser type, and pages visited
- Cloudflare analytics data (aggregated, non-personal)
How we use your information
We use the information you provide solely to:
- Assess your case and prepare your documents
- Communicate with you about your case status
- Process your payment and issue refunds where applicable
- Improve our service based on anonymized case patterns
- Comply with applicable law
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your information for advertising. We do not share your information with third parties except as described below.
Third parties we work with
- Stripe — payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data. See stripe.com/privacy.
- Airtable — case data storage. Data is stored in Airtable's US-based infrastructure.
- Cloudflare — website hosting, file storage (R2), and security. See cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
- Resend — transactional email delivery.
- Anthropic — AI processing used in case analysis. Case data is processed through Anthropic's API under their data processing terms.
All third-party providers are bound by data processing agreements and are prohibited from using your data for their own purposes.
Data retention
We retain your case data for a period of 24 months following case closure, after which it is deleted or anonymized. You may request earlier deletion at any time (see Your Rights below). Payment records are retained as required by applicable tax and financial regulations.
Your rights
Regardless of where you are located, you have the right to:
- Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements)
- Withdraw consent for any processing based on consent
- Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
If you are located in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, additional rights apply under GDPR and UK GDPR respectively, including the right to data portability and the right to object to processing.

Data security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted storage, access controls, and secure transmission (HTTPS). No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
Cookies
This website does not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies. We may use essential session cookies required for account functionality. Cloudflare may set security cookies as part of its DDoS protection services.
Children
DispuPoint is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to active clients. The effective date at the bottom of this page reflects the most recent update.
